- Hire Taiwanese employees
- Hire foreign employees

- File annual taxes and apply for tax incentives
- Enroll representatives and employees in NHIP

1. Only INGO overseas headquarters may be granted government procurement tender rights.
2. Only employees who are Taiwanese citizens and their foreign spouses (including those from China, Hong Kong, and Macao) are eligible for employment insurance.
3. Only employees who are Taiwanese citizens and who qualify under the Labor Standards Act, their foreign spouses (including those from China, Hong Kong, and Macao), and foreign nationals with permanent residency are eligible for the new labor pension system.
